Who Is Eligible?
Families living in Manhattan who care for a loved one with a diagnosed developmental disability and who meet OPWDD eligibility criteria.
Comprehensive Screening and Intake
Applicants must complete a comprehensive screening and intake process to determine eligibility for reimbursement services.
Documentation Required
A current psychological evaluation and other supporting documentation are required as part of the application process.
