A Day in Our Programs

  • Morning. Greetings, check-ins, and goal setting. Skill building starts with small wins.
  • Midday. Community outings, creative arts, fitness, and life skills practice.
  • Afternoon. Reflection, next steps, and time with friends.
  • Evenings and weekends. Recreation, celebrations, and family visits at home in the community or with loved ones. Dinner is often shared communally, like family style.
  • Support. Transportation as available, interpretation when needed, and meals for select programs.
