✨ Meet Jennifer Fernandez, our amazing Community Services Director & Director of Day Hab Without Walls at Esperanza Center! 🌟🌟 With 14½ years of experience in the IDD field, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. She started as a Direct Support Professional, then advanced through roles in quality assurance, supervisor of our Children’s After‑School Program, and Community Services Assistant Director. 🙌Her coworkers describe her as super nice, charismatic, and always willing to lend a helping hand. We’re grateful to have Jennifer leading our Community Services team!
